What's a prebook?

Short answer: A prebook deposit is NOT a ticket to the event. It grants you early access to purchase for the 2025 Bender Jamboree, prior to the general onsale—think, casual stroll.

At the conclusion of the prebook period, the remaining inventory will be available to the general public—think, absolute free-for-all.

 

Here's the 

A prebook is a $250 deposit that lets you book a Bender Jamboree package before the general public is allowed to purchase. This allows you first crack at all the room types, from the best suites to the most economical options.

Depending on the volume of prebooks sold, the prebooks are divided into groups, and each group is given a time window in which they are allowed to book prior to the general onsale. Groups are assigned based on when you buy your prebook. If you buy one the first day they are offered, you will be in the earliest group. If you buy it later, you may be in a later group.
Prebook sales are halted shortly before we announce our lineup.
 
When you book your reservation, this $250 prebook deposit will be automatically applied toward the price of your package. The final total cost of your package will vary depending on room type, the number of occupants, etc.
 
Please note:

Prebook deposits can be made from now until the general announcement is made. Prebooks purchased between 9/14/24 and 9/20/24 will have first access to inventory, followed by prebooks purchased after 9/20/24. The general announcement will state the initial lineup, available packages, and prices.

Following the general announcement, there will be a prebook period of 2 days, wherein purchasers of this prebook deposit will be allowed to book their packages.

  • You'll get booking instructions via email before or with the general announcement.
  • Prebook deposits are non-transferable.
  • Your $250 prebook deposit is refundable (minus $25 administrative fee) until August 5, 2025.
  • After August 5, 2025, deposits are no longer refundable and will remain as a credit on the account for future use.
  • Refund requests past 90 days of purchasing a prebook deposit will be refunded in the form of a company check or ACH payment.
  • A prebook deposit is only valid for one transaction.
  • Only ONE guest needs to purchase per reservation.
  • Your guest's information will be added when you book your package.
  • Prebook deposits are associated with the name and email address of the person purchasing and cannot be shared.
  • Your prebook deposit will be automatically applied to any purchase during the general onsale period (based on availability).
  • If the 2025 Bender Jamboree sells out before your prebook deposit is used, it's held on your account as credit for future use.
